It is our goal that your plant arrives in excellent condition, which is why we take great care to ensure quality packaging. Inspect your package and plant immediately upon delivery. Should your order arrive damaged, email photos of your damaged order to email@example.com along with the order number within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the delivery. We must receive the emailed photos and information within this time frame to process your claim. We will happily replace your order or issue a credit for irreversibly damaged plants and pots. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
